If wedding is cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to date of wedding the total received is refundable with the exception of $100 – due to prior preparation and reservation of your appointed day. One week prior refunded with the exception of $150
If you change the date of the wedding – no additional charges or refunds, unless the secondary day is already reserved – then the above policy applies.
Cancellation of the wedding within 48 hours – and no secondary date – 1/4 of the wedding fee is refunded.
Ala-Carte - Any of the items above on request put into a smaller or larger package - I can also get additional photos printed for you!
Videographer is also available at an additional charge - Please let me know if you are interested!
Full payment not due until order is placed for additional prints - $50 deposit required, which will go to your purchase total. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of your pictures.
If the wedding is out of the normal traveling area, please call/ask for an extra traveling fee(s).
The wedding packages are payable at least 1/3 on signing of contract – 2/3 due no later than before the wedding. You can view your proofs online (for up to 30 days) & order what YOU want. You can add or subtract to the order prior to final online proof verification. Additional viewing time is allowed at an additional cost of $25 for 2 additional months.
You may choose up to 20 + photos for full-editing All other photos will either have no editing or very minor editing. Weddings of more than 100 people may require a second Photographer - that would be an additional cost for the day of the wedding only - We can discuss that to see if that would be necessary.
